Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed for this job twice, both times over Zoom. During the second interview, they showed a video about the role. It told a story about how this guy in the 90s invented mobile key cutting because customers were waiting too long at dealerships for programmed car keys, which was expensive. He put the equipment in a van to be faster, and the mobile key technician job was born. They said customers could get keys in minutes, not hours or days. I answered some questions in the second interview but didn't get the job, and they never got back to me after I reached out.

The interview process was detailed and thorough. It gave a good representation of the product and how customers are handled. I was on-site for the interview and saw first-hand how the day-to-day operations work. It took about 1 hour and was well done.

I had a detailed phone screen where I felt very informed about the company. The recruiter knew a lot about the company's history and values, and we went over my salary expectations and work history. The interview went well, and I was really excited about it. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a good experience overall. They followed up quickly. I'd like to work for this great company in the future.
