The interview process was efficient and well-organized, with two main parts: an initial Screening Interview and then a Technical Deep Dive. Both were done virtually. The first interview was mainly about cultural fit and if my motivations aligned with the company. The recruiter was friendly and asked general questions to see my interest in the company and industry.

I got an email and had to schedule a phone interview. I set it for the next day and spoke with one recruiter. It was fast, and she liked what I said. She moved me forward and set up another phone interview with HR. They liked me there too, and then they forwarded my info to the manager of the location. That was it. All phone interviews had 2 rounds, and I didn't make it to a 3rd one.

VERY FAST!!! I had 3 phone interviews and a job offer within 7 days. Each phone interview lasted 45 minutes to 1 hr. Each person I talked to was very friendly and easy to speak with. None of the questions tried to "trap" you. They really seemed to be trying to just get to know you. I was expecting more technical questions, but they asked more regarding soft skill items like customer service skills, time management, and what would you do if... type questions. They also asked surprisingly a lot of personal questions about my life and experience. Nothing that was TOO personal. But I'm glad I was well rehearsed with my resume time line and experience.
