First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CapTech.
Office Manager
I interviewed for the Office Manager position in Richmond, VA. The CapTech hiring process was really professional and respectful. The recruiter did a great job keeping me updated throughout. CapTech uses Smart Recruiters so I could track my application status. Although I didn't get an offer, I'd consider other roles at the company. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, and you could tell it's a positive place with good teamwork and communication.
- What motivates you to want to work for CapTech?
- What was your source for learning about this job opening?
- Could you share an accomplishment you are most proud of?
Senior Manager
After applying, I first had a recruiter call, which went great. Then, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager that also went really well, and they seemed keen on me. They said I'd hear back in a week. I followed up three times, waited four weeks, and then got a standard rejection email with no feedback, which was disappointing given the earlier positive signals.
- What's motivating your job search away from your present position?
Manager
The interview was quite tough, but it was very specific to my field. The interviewer made sure I understood everything, and they'd wait for me to answer. It tested my knowledge and made me think more about the topics.
- Describe how you would manage a team that isn't agile within an agile framework.
