After applying through my university job portal, I connected with a Capstone employee. I was really impressed and excited about the opportunity to work there after our chat. A couple weeks later, I had three in-person interviews with people ranging from senior roles to an analyst. The interviews included behavioral and some technical questions.

I applied through my school's handshake site. Got an email from HR and did a 30 min phone interview. It was mostly experience based resume review questions and some behavioral questions. The interviewer was very cold and clearly didn't want to be conducting the interview.
