Technical Research Analyst
The interview process was really straightforward. First, there was a written test that included a basic aptitude assessment. After that, an HR interview followed. Finally, a technical interview took place. It was a very easy process to get through; you just needed a fundamental understanding of finance and to answer confidently.

To apply for the research analyst post, one must be pursuing or have completed an MBA in finance. There were 3 interviews: a written one, a first round, and a second round. The first round was a standard interview, and the second round focused on technical knowledge related to research.

It was a great experience with 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was with HR, the second was technical, and the third was with the head of the department.
