First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CapitalVia.
Business Analyst
So, there were 2 rounds in the interview process. First, there was an online test with 60 MCQs that lasted for 60 minutes. After that, I had an HR round where they asked me some basic financial questions. But the main thing was, at the end, they asked me to sign a bond for 1 year, which I was not really comfortable with. Apparently, if I leave before a year, I have to pay 75000 Rs. My reason for not wanting to sign was that the bond should be more flexible, maybe reduced to 6 months for people who aren't comfortable signing it.

- What do you understand by Stock Trading?
- What qualities should a sales person possess?
Business Analyst
Had a Skype interview with the senior management team. It wasn't too hard and went smoothly. They asked questions quickly. It was a one-on-one interview with no written tests or physical tasks. They'll assess your skills and how you handle negotiations.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
Business Analyst
The interview process was really comfortable. There were two rounds, and you gotta pass both. Just be super confident, dress smart formal, and keep that eye contact when you talk. Make sure your resume is updated 'cause they'll mostly ask from there. They're checking your communication, how well you can convince, your finance market smarts, and what you know about the company.
