Behavioral

It was a pretty bad interview experience. The interviewer seemed uninterested and was just going through the motions. I wish there had been more personalization or a more engaged approach. The whole interaction felt transactional and rushed, without any real engagement.

First up, we review your resume and basic qualifications. Then there's a quick chat with HR, like 15-30 mins, just to make sure you've got the right experience, know your notice period and salary needs, and seem like a good fit communication-wise and culturally. After that, you'll meet with the Department Head or maybe the exec team. This part's all about your leadership skills, how you talk to stakeholders, how you deal with problems and make choices, your big-picture thinking, and if you vibe with our company values and where we're headed.

It was a relaxed and friendly interview, more of a chat than a grilling. They didn't ask many technical questions, which made the whole experience feel enriching and fulfilling. Despite the corporate vibe, there wasn't much pressure.
