HR did a great job with the interview and getting me started. I met with management (cluster manager and manager) and it was a good experience. They also gave me some good information about working at CapitaLand.

I went through two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with my direct supervisor and the HR. The second interview was with the Head of Department and HR. The interviews were quite alright and not too stressful. It might be because it's an entry-level position. The interviewers were friendly.

The interview kicked off with a request for a self-introduction, followed by a barrage of detailed questions about my current organization, regardless of whether the information was appropriate to share or discuss. The questions were continuous, which disrupted my thought process. The hiring manager appeared unhappy throughout, and some comments felt dismissive, making it one of the worst interview experiences I've had.
