Super simple interview process. Pretty much three stages. First up, a casual intro chat. We talked about your background, your work ethic, and how you approach your work. It was a really open and chill conversation. We also chatted about the industry because it's pretty unique.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenge at work.
Quality Assurance Engineer
So the interview process started with a chat with someone from the People's team, then there was a technical interview. I also got to chat with some other folks on the engineering team.
- Tell me about your experience with UI and API automation testing, including best practices.
- Can you walk me through your approach to work and testing?
- The interview involved a coding exercise focused on UI/API automation testing.
Senior QA Engineer
