It started with an HR interview, followed by about 6 or 7 interviews with potential team members. Since I was already known to the team from previous experience, these were all informal remote interviews. They seemed more interested in my personality and interests than my past work.

It was a pretty extensive set of interviews. We had three phone interviews first. Then, three in-person discussions with about 12 people total, each lasting an hour. They really wanted to check my technical knowledge and see if I was a good fit for the team. The recruiter and HR person were part of these talks too. I even had a video conference with another stakeholder. Most folks seem to go through at least 6 one-hour interview discussions, then there's a week-long wait, followed by another panel of discussions.

My recruiter, Noelle Clark, was fantastic throughout the entire interview and pre-onboarding. I really enjoyed interacting with her. She shared all the great things about working at Capital Group and was both knowledgeable and personable. The process was seamless, and my overall experience was positive, largely due to her support!
