Behavioral Technical

Friendly interviewers from HR and PMs for the CAP associates program. There was 1 HR person, followed by 2-3 PMs. The interviewers seemed to have their own way of having conversations, so there wasn't a fixed set of questions. It could depend on who you get. The CAP associate program seems interesting because you rotate between different business areas, from investing to HR, but it might not be ideal if you're set on an investment role. I think there are better investment analyst development programs out there.

Behavioral

Got a super fast reply after applying online, like less than a week. Then had a pretty chill, chatty first round phone interview. They seemed really interested in why I made certain choices and wanted to know about my background, problem-solving skills, and self-awareness. It felt like they were looking for a specific kind of person who'd fit well with their organization, maybe someone with a liberal arts or diverse experience background.
