I first spoke with someone at a Community Job Fair and was put on a list after a quick chat. About two days later, they called to set up an interview. One person interviewed me and asked if I could do more tests or interviews that day, which I agreed to. They had me take a typing test and a simple math test. Then, they asked if I had time for another interview, and I stayed to talk with the general manager from a different location. They said they'd call within a few days. I got another call later about a missing employer on my application. Within two days after that, they called with an offer.

The whole thing took about 2+ weeks. First, there was a phone interview, then a webcam interview (which is weird because they used video but communicated via phone... kind of old-fashioned, right?). After that, I had an in-person interview on their campus. The questions were all the same behavioral ones, and honestly, it was pretty annoying because I talked to four different interviewers. They made it seem like I was a sure thing, but then on a SATURDAY at 11 am, I got an email from a recruiter I'd never spoken to before, saying I just wasn't cut out for a call center job. Seriously?

There are 2 phone interviews and 1 webcam interview. If they think you are a good fit, you will have an in person interview at the location where the position is. The 2 phone interviews are pretty similar; they ask the same questions and tell you about the company and the position, seeming to read from a script. Then the webcam interview is the same, but they ask more questions. They use the STAR method for interview questions.

  • Describe a situation where you dealt with a difficult, unhappy customer and explain how you resolved it.
