The interview process here is pretty long, I had 4 interviews but I heard they changed it to 3. They do a super thorough background check, like, they even look into family members because of rules.

The interview process for this role was really long. It took over three months from when I first got an email in June until I got a call in September. First, there was a short phone interview, then two webcam interviews (the second one was live). After that, I had a live, face-to-face interview after a building tour with other candidates. Everyone was really nice, on time, and professional until the very end. I was supposed to get a call back by a certain time twice, but I didn't hear anything, which was unprofessional and annoying. I followed up three times over a month by phone and email. A few days after my last email, I got a call saying they chose someone else.

I applied online after seeing the posting on LinkedIn. As a transitioning veteran, I saw this as a big chance to start fresh from an entry level role in a great company. The process was pretty long, starting with 2 phone interviews, then a webcam interview, and finally a face-to-face meeting with a tour of the facility. I really wanted the job but got an email saying I didn't get it. I was super upset because I thought I nailed every interview question and was really professional. I kinda wish I didn't mention being in the military because I think that's why they didn't offer me the position. My face-to-face interview was actually on Veteran's Day and it just felt like a slap in the face. I'm so bummed out, I think I'll just go to college full-time before I apply for another job.
