The interview had two interviewers, and they seemed a bit unprepared. One interviewer was very quiet, while the other asked competency-based technical questions. The interview ran about 40 minutes over the scheduled time. I got the feeling they were trying to find a question that I couldn't answer. There seemed to be some underlying hostility, especially from the quiet interviewer who only asked two questions during the entire one hour and 30 minutes.

Unprofessional panel interview, seemed disinterested or already decided on candidates. One panel member was smirking. Despite clear disinterest, they interviewed for 15 minutes longer than scheduled. Overall, a very negative experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter. Then, another phone call with HR. After that, I went in person for interviews with HR and the hiring manager. I was asked to present on a recent technical solution I'd worked on. A lot of the questions revolved around real scenarios and problems I'd faced, asking 'what, why, and how' I dealt with them. It felt like they decided to hire me during the interview itself.
