Technical Behavioral

The whole process involves multiple rounds. Post-interview, they might reject you citing reasons like weak technical skills or unsuitability for the role, when the real issue is budget constraints, typically offering 12-15% above your current package. This has been a common experience for me and my friends, even for strong candidates. If budget is a limitation, it's better to communicate that upfront to avoid wasting everyone's time. I wouldn't recommend this company.
