Software Developer
The recruiter carefully prepares for the interview by structuring how it will go and looking at your CV. When you arrive, you'll be welcomed in a way that makes you feel comfortable. The recruiter will remind you of the interview's context (like the type of interview, who will be there, etc.).
- Could you give us a brief introduction?
- What led you to choose this profession/training?
- What motivates you about this position and our company?
Senior Software Engineer
It was 4 rounds total. After a managerial and HR chat, there were 2 technical interviews. They asked questions about C#, MVC, Web API, .NET Core, and SQL Server. I also had to write some basic C# code and SQL queries.
- Can you explain asynchronous programming?
- What are delegates in C#?
- How does routing work in MVC?
Dotnet Developer
The whole process involves multiple rounds. Post-interview, they might reject you citing reasons like weak technical skills or unsuitability for the role, when the real issue is budget constraints, typically offering 12-15% above your current package. This has been a common experience for me and my friends, even for strong candidates. If budget is a limitation, it's better to communicate that upfront to avoid wasting everyone's time. I wouldn't recommend this company.
- Tell me about Oops.
- What is your experience with C#?
- Can you discuss MVC?
