The interviewer was really friendly. They started with some basic questions, then moved on to slightly more challenging ones like problems you've faced and how you solved them. I think the Arctic Shores assessment helps them a lot to make their decision. I was told at the end of the interview that I passed both the assessment and interview, and that they now just needed to do background checks. It was a pleasant experience.

I was contacted the day after applying to set up a phone interview, which I booked for the following day at a convenient time. The phone interview took about 40 minutes and covered my past experiences with customers and teamwork. They told me I passed immediately and to book a final assessment. It was hard to get in touch for the assessment, taking three days of trying, but when I finally did, she was very nice and booked me for the next week. The assessment involved a casual chat with a guy and another woman, and a task where we decided how much money to allocate to preventing animal extinction. I really enjoyed it and got a job offer at the end.
- Can you share an instance where you assisted a coworker facing a challenge?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle an upset customer.

I applied online and got an email asking me to suggest a day and time for a phone interview. They then called me, collected my details, and asked some questions like 'What skills do you have?', 'What makes good customer service?', 'How to deal with an angry customer?', and 'Why work at Capita?'. Afterwards, I went in for an interview. We had a group assessment where they observed our communication skills, followed by a typing test where I had to listen to a mock phone call and type down the caller's personal details, graded on accuracy and speed. Then, there was a numeracy and literacy test, and finally, a one-to-one interview. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I had this interview today and am waiting to hear back.
