First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Capita.
Advisor
The interview process was simple and laid-back. They started with some basic questions to get to know me, then moved on to STAR method questions. After that, there was a practical assessment that took place over the next two days. It concluded with a two-person panel interview.

Customer Advisor
It was a waste of time, energy, and effort: I got an email to update my details, then another to book an interview slot. After picking the time and interviewer, I got a confirmation with their name and the time, but no link or Teams invite. When the interviewer didn't show up, I tried calling the number, but it was busy. After emailing, I got a reply from the interviewer saying I missed it. I asked HR for the Teams invite details, and they sent a screenshot showing my email was missing from the original invite. The name in the invite screenshot was also wrong, though the date was right. When I asked HR to reschedule, they said my profile was on hold. Even though it was someone else's fault, they put my application on hold. HR wouldn't admit my email was missing from the invite, even with the screenshot they sent.

Senior Consultant
The interview was okay, but in the second round, one of the panelists was quite rude. They also left very little time for me to ask my questions. During the first round, even though I passed, the interviewer kept questioning my reasons for wanting to work there, almost to the point of mockery. One interviewer in particular seemed to make a calculation error when asking a question based on my CV and didn't even realize it.
