There were 8 candidates for this role. First, there was a logic and reasoning test with 180 questions to be completed in 90 minutes. Then, a developer test where you could choose from languages like Java, Python, Javascript, C, C++, or C#. This was followed by a test analyst specific section with 100 ISTQB level questions, also in 40 minutes. After the tests, we had two group activities based on a given question. Two to four staff members observed how we interacted during these group discussions.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a 2-person panel, face-to-face, and included a presentation. They reviewed my CV and asked competency-based questions. The interview took place within the operations department I would be working in. The offices were nice. It was very formal, with one interviewer focusing on the technical aspects of the role and the other on the softer, account management side.
