I had three interviews, none of which involved technical questions, they were all just getting to know you. Two interviews were with HR, and one was with a senior engineer. They let me know their decision three weeks after the last interview.

Aricent has a 4-stage hiring process for freshers for the Assistant System Engineer role. It starts with an Online Round which has four parts: Analytical Ability, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and a Technical Test focusing on networking, OS, and languages. Next is a Group Discussion. Those who pass the GD move to the Technical Round, where expect questions on OS, Computer Networks, and languages. For this round, be strong with Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, OS, Networking, OOPs, and one programming language. CS folks might need to code, and questions from your resume are common. Sometimes there are two technical rounds, and puzzles might be asked. The final stage is the HR Round / Managerial Round, and before the offer, there's a background check.
