QA Lead
The interview process included an HR round, a Technical round, a Client round, a Manager round, and then another HR round, finishing with an offer letter. The interview was well planned and scheduled properly, and everything went on time perfectly.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Quality Engineer
The hiring process has a few parts. First, there's a chat with HR about your career goals, why you're interested, your past jobs, and what you're looking for. This is mainly to see if you fit with the company vibe. Then, you'll talk to an operations manager. This meeting is more in-depth, digging into your detailed background, technical skills, and how you'll meet the specific job needs.

Quality Engineer
The first 3 interviews went well. I had a 4th interview with someone I was supposed to meet in the 3rd round, but they were on vacation that week, so I met another equivalent 'quality' person. As the HR person said on the phone and during the 3rd interview, I thought it was just a casual 30-minute chat to get acquainted, and that they had approved my profile after the debrief of the 3rd interview. This 4th person didn't ask me any technical questions at all. They just asked me to present my background again... (the same question in all 4 interviews, which is a lot, especially when they're supposed to debrief/align with each other). Anyway, I was surprised to learn that Capgemini wasn't offering me anything after this 4th interview due to 'lack of technical skills'. The 2nd interview I passed was the technical one, and the recruiter confirmed that the 3rd interview went well and that it was the result of the 4th interview that led to this negative response.
- What do you do when two colleagues disagree on how to change a quality document?
