First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Capgemini Engineering.
Test Engineer
The interviewers were really understanding and patient when I struggled to express myself, taking their time to help me complete my thoughts. They asked about my technical experience, coding skills, and problem-solving abilities. They mentioned they could help with short-term accommodation. The salary offer was below market rate. It seems like a good opportunity for someone looking to start out.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Verification Engineer
Had one session with 3 interviewers, it was about an hour long and they asked simple questions. They seemed really keen to hire me, so the process was pretty quick. It mostly involved general questions about UVM and my previous work experience.
- What protocols are you familiar with?
- Can you elaborate on your experience with UVM?
- Tell me about your previous roles and responsibilities.
Test Engineer
So I had a really bad experience, like 101% negative. Don't join this company. After my interview, they called the next day saying I was selected and asked for my documents for the offer. Then, 15 days passed and they said I'd get the offer that week. I waited, and after two more weeks, I called them for an update. They said it was still processing. I called them about 3 to 5 times after that, and the answer was always 'still in progress.' Eventually, they called me to say the project I was hired for was closing and there were no openings. This happened to a lot of people, not just me. Such a bad experience.
- Can you explain networking concepts and protocols?
