I applied for the post of mechanical design engineer in Altran technologies (Capgemini). The interview was conducted online with two technical rounds and one hr round. Each round lasted for half an hour. After the hr round, I was given to fill all the joining formalities documents but after submitting it, there was no response.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I interviewed with Capgemini Engineering. The process was okay overall. Business Managers were great, made me feel comfortable. The HR part, not so much. After three interview rounds, they sent an offer, but it was 15% less than my ask, which I'd stated upfront. I asked them to reconsider, they came back with a 2% bump. I pushed for 10%, and then... radio silence from HR. Honestly, after three interviews, if we can't agree on salary, a simple 'no' is better than ghosting. Shows a lack of professionalism, makes me wonder about the work environment. Glad it didn't work out.
