So, the interview process was about an hour long. It was split into a 45-minute Technical round and then a 15-minute behavioral questions part. The technical questions were focused on Classic AUTOSAR concepts, covering things like OS configuration, RTE, MCAL, and Embedded C.

I was contacted for a position. The HR wanted to have an interview the same day, my profile seemed really perfect! So we proceed with the aptitude test, at the end of which, she told me she wanted to schedule the technical interview as soon as possible. Indeed, after an hour, I received the confirmation for the next day with the time and the meeting link. I replied that it was fine. I connected at the scheduled time, but no one joined the meeting. I sent an email after 15 minutes, one after 30, one after 45 minutes, one after 60. The cosmic nothingness. No one ever replied to my emails, not even after a week. I am used to receiving no's, but I refuse to get used to such disrespect. Not replying and avoiding confrontation represents a lack of respect for the other person's time. Truly a shameful (for them) and unprofessional experience.

First, there was an HR interview. After that, I had one extensive technical interview with two engineers. The technical interview covered a wide range of topics, from very basic low-level programming concepts to project management questions.
