Behavioral Presentation

It was a really thorough interview process, and they did a good job of explaining their business, what they're looking for, and how they work, while also finding out about me and my background. Things moved quickly, which was great – no long waits.

The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. It started with a quick 10-15 minute chat, then a second round where I got to shadow another account manager for the entire day to get a feel for the role. Super important info was missing though, like the fact that the job is commission-only and has no benefits.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty laid back. First, there was a meeting to get acquainted and for me to introduce myself. Then, a second round involved a presentation about the role and potential future opportunities. I was surprised to learn it wasn't a salaried position, which wasn't clear from the job posting.
