Behavioral

It was a really fast and simple interview process. They asked pretty basic questions. The first chat was over the phone, and the second one was in person at their place. Everyone was super nice, and I felt pretty relaxed. They went over the job details, the work schedule, and how much they pay.

Behavioral Other

I had a panel interview with five employees. They didn’t seem interested in learning more about me after I made a mistake on the first question due to nerves. Although I felt I recovered well after the initial "tell me about yourself" question, their disinterest was evident. One manager even walked out during my interview, which I found very rude. I believe I have the necessary skills for the job, but it seemed like they made a judgment from the beginning. I asked for feedback but received no response, prompting me to write this review.

They have big opening events a few times a year where you can just walk in and give them your CV. You might get to chat with Unit Managers if they show up. I went to the one in the fall, and it was pretty laid-back, but still, dress nicely. First, you'll see some people at the entrance who will direct you to a spot based on the department you're interested in. You can actually apply to as many departments as you like. Then you just wait for your turn.

Confirmed questions7 questions
  • If you are new, they will ask you why you want to work in this department or unit, and what you know about this unit.
  • If you are an experienced nurse, they will ask about your previous work.
  • Explain your routine tasks you did.

Behavioral Other

I got a call a week after I applied online. The first interview was with two coworkers who asked standard behavioral questions. For the second interview, the same two people were there with the department manager, and they asked similar questions. The third step was called "shadowing", where I observed for a few hours and got to do some hands-on work to see if I was a good fit. Then, HR talked to me about benefits if I were to get an offer. Later that day, they called and offered me the job. They really emphasize customer service here, and everyone is really nice and helpful. I've been trying to notice any unprofessional behavior or tension, but so far, it looks like a great team to join.
