I had two interviews with two different leaders on the recruiting team, both done remotely. There was a chance for a third interview, but it depended on how I did in the first two. I got feedback pretty quickly after each interview. Overall, the process was fine.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online for a temporary Talent Acquisition contract with Capco and had a really bad experience as an HR person and candidate. I noticed a lack of organization, rigor, skills, and ethics during my recruitment process: First, my contact gave me the wrong date and time for our initial phone screening. Then, they forgot about our call and only contacted me after I sent a follow-up email. During our meeting, they struggled to express themselves, didn't really understand my answers, and asked repetitive, irrelevant questions. I was ghosted after this conversation. After I emailed them again, they scheduled a second video call with me and ghosted me again. Finally, I got a call saying they offered the role to another candidate. I asked why I wasn't selected, and they couldn't give me a reason. Because of my contact's behavior, their lack of engagement, and several false excuses and information they gave me, I think my application was rejected without a valid reason and that this person blocked my recruitment process without any real cause. I don't know if it's because they were on maternity leave, but if so, I doubt they sabotaged it. Also, I noticed they seem to hold multiple roles in the same company, so I strongly advise against applying because there are several red flags internally.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really bad. The Recruiting Coordinator was super unresponsive. I waited like 20 minutes for the first interviewer to show up. The first interview went over because of the delay and the interviewer was pretty intimidating. The second interviewer was so inconsiderate, they didn't even properly interview me or reschedule because of the time crunch, which wasn't my fault. It just felt like a toxic team to work with.
