Project Manager
I went through 3 interviews, the first was an introductory one with HR, the second was technical with the Managing Principal, and the third with a Partner. After the third and final step, I received a noreply email. I think it's unprofessional to reply with a noreply email after three interviews that also required significant preparation, without receiving any feedback on the reasons why my profile was not chosen. I'd add that during the last interview, the focus shifted to topics unrelated to me for almost 50% of the time.
- I know we have a common friend [person's name]... how do you know them and in what context did you work with this person...
Project Manager
I received an initial call and completed the first interview round. I was informed that the second round would be an onsite interview soon. However, I didn't hear back for three months. Subsequently, I was contacted to schedule the second round. On the same day, I participated in two interviews, which were identical. I'm unsure why this was the case. Following that, I was asked to submit my resume in their specified format for client sharing, which was quite unusual. There was no further communication after that. I followed up and was scheduled for another call with the offshore team, but it never took place. After another follow-up, I received an email stating my rejection. It was a very poor experience.

Project Management Consultant
I had applied online through job portals. Within 3 days, I received a call from Capco for the primary round, which was an initial screening. After that round, the recruiter scheduled my next round for a technical screening on the very next day. The primary and second rounds were scheduled over the telephone. The primary round was basic screening, and the second round was an in-depth technical screening.
- Can you describe the stages of a project?
- What defines a schedule?
- Could you explain what a project log is?
