Consultant Intern
The interview process had 2 rounds, both were in person. First, there was a single person interview on campus, then a multi person one at the office. They responded quickly throughout the process, taking roughly 6 weeks from application to offer.
- How do you think you are a good fit for Capco and consulting?
IT Intern
After the campus career fair, I had an in-person meeting with the Manager. They mostly asked about my school projects, behavioral skills, and some experience-based questions. They also told me about the company's projects and what they expect for the role.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- How would you describe yourself using just three words?
Internship
I applied through Handshake, which was a really standard application. After that, I did an on-demand HireVue interview. Then, they asked me to do two 30-minute live interviews back-to-back. These were mostly behavioral questions, and there was one market sizing question thrown in. The whole vibe was pretty relaxed.
- Can you estimate the number of parking spots in Manhattan?
