After my CV was sent directly to CAPCO's website, a Headhunter contacted me. We talked about my experiences and expectations, and they scheduled a meeting. Later, they called and set up a second interview with another leader. This was followed by interviews with the hiring manager. I had two interviews with them, where we discussed everything, not just technical aspects – personal matters are very important. After the second interview, I was positively informed that I was in, and we just needed to sort out salary and benefits with HR. The HR stage involved negotiating values and benefits. It was quite important because I was employed, and they were very accommodating with my requests, matching my current earnings.
