Submitted my resume right after seeing the job post and had 2 zoom calls. First call was general questions. Then, I got a take-home design challenge which I finished and sent in 7 days. Got the second interview 10 days later, where they offered me the job and gave me feedback on my challenge. The recruiter was nice and clear. They gave feedback on the test and even paid for it, which felt really good.

They were nice and answered my questions well. They let me know where things stood with my application, which I think is good so people know what's going on. They also said they'd keep me in mind if something else opened up that was a better fit for what I do.

The interview process was really thorough and tough. They really look for the best candidates and expect you to come prepared and be yourself. It was a lot of work because we had to go through several interviews and submit design tests to show our skills. Still, the interviewer was friendly and helpful, and very engaged and communicative the whole time.
