The interview was professional and comfortable. The hiring manager was very open and honest about the company's needs and did a great job representing the company. Even though I didn't have all the experience for the job, she was positive about the skills I do have, and I left feeling good about my job search, which is rare. Canopy seems like a great place to work, and I'll keep them in mind for future jobs.

The company has great employee reviews on Glassdoor, but most seem to be from office staff, not sales reps. I went to an "information session" that was well-run and presented. It could be a good company that keeps customers happy, and successful sales reps might make good money. However, everyone at the info session (which was basically a sales pitch) was invited to training. They seem to have frequent training, and it's commission-only pay, with no expected paycheck for about 60 days. It's pretty part-time and flexible, but I got the impression that not many people succeed, and they're always recruiting salespeople to find the few who can close deals.

The interview process was very pleasant and they explained the job tasks really well. It all happened in one week. First, I had a phone call, then a zoom meeting with a board member, and after that, two zoom interviews with my supervisor.
