the interview was straightforward and focused on the person, with questions about their people skills and how they prospect clients to increase sales. It was a two-person interview, which was good because each interviewer had a different style and asked different types of questions.

Behavioral Other

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, I met with the HR manager and some other managers. Then, I met with the same people again for the second round and we planned a field ride. The field ride was basically to see what a sales rep's daily routine is like. I went out with one of their reps for a full workday, which was a good experience. We literally went door to door and I ended up handing out about 100 business cards. Out of those 100 people, only 1-2 seemed interested in the business.
