First, there was a phone interview where they asked competency-based questions about things like how I've shown communication skills. Then, there was a group task where we had to build a freestanding straw tower. After that, an individual assessment with accuracy tests, like picking out correct addresses from a list, some simple math, and proofreading an email for mistakes. We also had to draft an email responding to a customer complaint. The final part was a competency-based interview focusing on teamwork, communication, and accuracy.

So the whole process started with a cutoff of 60% in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG. Then there was this Pool Campus Drive in Mumbai where all the college postgraduates were there. We went for the first round which was Group Discussion. There were 12 people in 1 GD and we had a total of 22 groups, out of which 16 were shortlisted for Case presentation. From those 16, 9 were shortlisted for PI. All 9 of us gave the psychometric test and then appeared for the PI where we had our final discussion about the psychometric test and our CV.
