Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a two stage interview. The first stage was a video call with the hiring manager, where they asked why I applied for the role and what I could bring to the table. The second stage was an in-person interview with both HR and the hiring manager. They asked some behavioral questions and about business knowledge, and I also had to give a presentation.

Behavioral Technical

This interview process was long and drawn out, with a lot of ridiculous competency-based questions. It didn't feel like they were trying to find someone who would be a good fit, just a tick-boxing exercise that would hire anyone who can lie well.
