I applied online and first had a phone interview that went for over 30 minutes. They asked questions to confirm my resume details. A few days later, I got another call to set up an in-person interview with the HR manager. After that went well, I met with the hiring manager. They didn't have the final say since approval was needed from Japan. So, there was a final interview with the hiring manager, the person I'd replace, and a Japanese representative. We discussed my past experience, what I could contribute, and non-compete agreements.

It was a pretty simple process with two phone interviews and then one face-to-face meeting. They asked a lot of general questions about my experience and specifically how I achieved the results I mentioned on my resume. Overall, it was a good experience, even though I didn't get the position.
