Canon USA's interview process was pretty buttoned-up. First, I chatted with a recruiter on the phone. Then, there were two more interview rounds. The first one was with the hiring manager, focused on my past behaviors. The second round was a panel interview where I met with people from different teams. Everyone was really nice and knew their stuff, asking good questions about my skills and if I'd fit in. It all happened pretty fast, maybe 2-3 weeks from applying to hearing back.

I applied online and a recruiter emailed me back a few days later to set up a phone interview. She described the job and asked me about my past work, skills, experience, and my desired salary range (including commissions). Then I met with the branch manager. A few days later, I was asked to come back to meet with the branch director. I got the offer and accepted. Everyone was super nice, from the admin staff to the people I interviewed with, and they answered all my questions. I've been at Canon for 6 months and doing great. It's a challenging job that requires hard work, but I'm succeeding and find it fulfilling, especially the customer interaction, making sales, and getting commission checks.

Behavioral Presentation

Had one interview with the manager, then another with someone who seemed a bit arrogant, and a third with the area regional manager who seemed mostly interested in flattery. It wasn't tough, just the usual questions about work history. The whole thing took about an hour. The interviewer did most of the talking, which isn't usually a sign of good management.
