Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CannonDesign.
Intern
It was a little difficult to hear responses back from the organizers of the interview but the actual interview was easy enough. Only had to go through one interview and heard back shortly after.
- Tell me about a weakness you have.
Intern
They organized the interview scheduling really well. I got a good intro to what the office is working on now, and they answered my questions. They asked typical questions, and I shared my work and portfolio. It was a positive experience overall, they seemed really professional.
- Can you share your work and tell me why you're interested in working here?
Intern
The typical internship interview process, first starting with an introduction, then selecting one or two portfolio works to demonstrate. Followed by asking questions about the firm. Can't recall other specific procedures.
- Can you introduce your favorite project from your portfolio?
