Had a phone call screening with HR first, then we set up a virtual meeting via a link. The actual interview was with three people: a partner, an architect, and another designer. We did introductions, I shared my projects, and then there was a Q&A. It was a pretty quick 30-minute call, and honestly, it felt a bit less interactive than some other interviews I've had.

Behavioral

I applied online and it took about 2-3 weeks to get an interview scheduled. I met with 3 designers who were really friendly and welcoming. The interview was pretty casual and lasted about an hour. They gave me a tour of the office and said I'd hear back within two weeks. I stayed in touch with HR, but it ended up taking almost a month and a half to hear back that they decided not to fill the position at this time.
