I applied online and had a first call with HR. Then I had a phone interview with a leader in supply chain management. The final round was on-site and involved four case studies. Overall, my experience with CTCA was good. They were fast with decisions and HR answered my questions quickly. The on-site case interviews weren't as tough as consulting firm cases but still needed prep. Since I hadn't done a case interview before, I was happy to get the chance. I didn't get an offer in the end, but they were very professional throughout.

Case Behavioral

I applied online and had a phone chat with a recruiter about the job and my past work, skills, and experience. Then, I had another phone interview with a manager. After that, I went onsite for four separate interviews with different people, making it six interviews in total. These onsite ones were case study based and pretty intense, like you'd get at a consulting firm, even though the pay wasn't at that level.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tip: Know how to break even.
  • Tip: Perfect your long division.
  • Tip: Read up on case study examples.

The interview had a really clique-y feel from the current analysts, all of whom had been there less than 3 months. It felt off, like they were reciting a script. I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer!
