I sent an email to the recruiter and didn't hear back for about three weeks. The first round was a 30-minute phone screening. Then, two weeks after that, I had a 3.5-hour super round with three back-to-back interviews at the Cambridge office. I heard back two weeks after the super round. It was kind of frustrating how there were delays at each step and with the final decision. The HR people and the interviewers were nice enough but not super warm.

Behavioral Case

Found the job on my school's careers page and applied. The first interview was on campus with a couple of current business analysts. They asked mostly behavioral questions and then a case study question. It was pretty straightforward. Then I had a second interview, an on-site at their Boston office. This one had more behavioral questions, with a more senior person, and then a case study where I had to ask the right questions to get more data to find a solution. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and people were mostly friendly.

I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It started with a review of my resume and then mainly consisted of behavioral questions, with two case questions thrown in.
