They were really fast, I managed to wrap up five rounds (from HR to Manager up to VP) of interviews within two weeks. The interviews themselves were very similar, starting with a short intro followed by a casual conversation about past experience and skills. There was a big emphasis on personal fit, which I appreciate.

The interview process was excellent, smooth, and felt like a real conversation with many different people. Everyone I met was very open and answered all my questions. They really took the time to dig into my background to understand why I was interested in working at Canary. The people were genuinely nice and made the interview feel welcoming. It's clear they put a lot of thought into creating a good experience, not just a standard Q&A. My advice is to come prepared with questions, do your research on the company, and be yourself to get the most out of it. I'm excited to be part of a company that sees people's potential and reflects that in a positive interview experience. Looking forward to learning from this team!

The interviewer was intimidating and lacked empathy. He was like this on more than one occasion too, I was interested beyond the interview. I wouldn’t want to work with someone with such obvious biases.
