The recruiter was nice but forgot to send prep materials for the mock demo call. The hiring manager seemed insincere and only pretended to be interested. The quota requirements were unrealistic, and I suspect they were dishonest about AE quota attainment based on other reviews. The third round was a mock sales call. I didn't get an offer and they didn't provide any feedback, which I find unacceptable given the effort involved.

The whole interview process was wrapped up in about two weeks. It started with an intro call, then went into two rounds with leadership, followed by a mock demo, and concluded with an in-office visit. It was quite thorough, and I felt like I got ample time to connect with both the leadership team and my potential peers.

So the interview started off pretty good, I had a nice chat with the recruiter and then a solid interview with Alex from the team. Everything was clear and I got a good vibe for the company. But then it went downhill. They asked me to prep for a mock demo presentation, which I did, spending time researching and getting it all set up. But then, right before it was supposed to happen, they cancelled it because they'd already made an offer to someone else. This happened after they'd confirmed the meeting, which felt really unprofessional given the effort I put in. I get that hiring moves fast, but better communication would have been nice. It was a shame because it started off so well, but the end experience was pretty bad because of the last-minute cancellation and how they handled it.
