I am sorry to say but this is totally unprofessional from Capgemini Hiring team. I have been available for the last 3 days for the interview, but it got rescheduled daily for the last 3 days, and today I got the same answer again. I am not sure how hiring team members are not in sync with each other, simply wasting time for candidates. I have wasted my time for the last 3 days with Capgemini recruitment, totally disappointed with the experience.

The whole ibps po process for 11 public sector banks was used for my interview. After I cleared the pre- exam, the mains interview happened. It lasted for about 10 minutes. They asked me about my education because I don't have any job experience. They also asked general banking questions like about retail loans, education loans, and what psl is.
