I am sorry to say but this is totally unprofessional from Capgemini Hiring team. I have been available for the last 3 days for the interview, but it got rescheduled daily for the last 3 days, and today I got the same answer again. I am not sure how hiring team members are not in sync with each other, simply wasting time for candidates. I have wasted my time for the last 3 days with Capgemini recruitment, totally disappointed with the experience.

I was the placement coordinator for the Advance Networks Branch at IIIT Gwalior. I reached out to Canara Bank's personnel section, and they scheduled a campus recruitment drive. They pre-selected candidates based on CGPA and projects for their IT wing, aiming to hire for IT infrastructure management. Following this, they interviewed the shortlisted candidates. The interview panel had 7 members, including 2 scientists from IISc Bangalore, other technical members, and the chairman, who was the General Manager of the DIT Wing. During the 45-minute interview, they asked me about networks, security, and my research in Voice over IP. I eventually received an appointment order.
