Interviewed with a recruiter first. Then had several rounds with the hiring manager and other business people. Then they took about a week to get back to me with an offer, which the recruiter let me know. Overall, it went well and was pretty quick.

The interview process was good and smooth, even though it didn't work out. I enjoyed it overall. One bummer though, they didn't give any feedback on why I wasn't selected. But yeah, the process itself was nice.

It was pretty cool, first there's an online chat with the recruiter and then an in-person meeting with the lawyers from the department. It's a shame it didn't work out, I liked them and would have accepted the challenge, but they didn't make me an offer because I said I'm more attracted to litigation and they only work with advisory there.
