It was a pretty standard interview process. I had one chat with a technical person and another with someone from HR. They mostly asked about non-technical stuff like my strengths, weaknesses, and areas I can improve. Nothing too surprising.

The interview was mostly behavioral questions. I really suggest you practice using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It helped me a lot to organize my thoughts, give good examples, and show how I solve problems. Practicing common situations before the interview made it easier to answer confidently and demonstrate how my past experiences fit the role and company values.

I had a 45-minute interview with two people. It was a mix of behavioural questions and questions about my experience. They asked about my coursework and previous co-ops, but no technical questions since it was an intern interview. The interviewers were nice and encouraging, but they sounded like robots. It felt like they had already decided and were just going through the motions. They also didn't reply to my follow-up about the position, which was unprofessional; even a rejection would have been better, especially for students.
