The hiring process has three main parts. First, there are two written tests covering different competencies and English skills. You need to pass these to move to the HR interview. Second, the HR interview is a 30-minute session with 15 minutes for prep. They ask about your personal background and experience, especially related to IT project management and client service. If you pass, you fill out a detailed skills questionnaire, which hiring managers use to select candidates for further interviews based on needed skills. Third, the main round is the technical interview where a team will ask technical questions about their work at CRA. Questions are usually based on your skills but might be outside your comfort zone. You might have multiple technical interviews with different teams. These can last 30 minutes to an hour. A longer interview is better, as it allows for more of a conversation. The team that hired me was friendly and made me feel comfortable quickly, leading to a fun but technical interview.
