I had to do an online questionnaire, then a background check, then a phone interview, and there was a test too. The whole thing was pretty easy. I got the job and took it, but then they ghosted me for like 2 months, even after I tried reaching out. They finally got back to me, but I'd already found another job that paid better by then.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was stressful and timed. The first part was easy with about five questions. After that, the assessment was very displeasing. While I understand needing to gather info for a pretend customer, I know I could do this job, but the assessment threw me off. It felt unfair and ableist. I was excited about the job, but it ended up being awful.

They checked my ID first. Then I had to type out an email. It was like I was messaging a coworker about a difficult caller I had and what I would do to handle it.
