The interview process included standardized tests and behavioral questions. They also asked about my resume, qualifications, and cover letter, and how those prepared me for this role. The interviewers were nice and let me ask questions.

Compliance Officer
I was given 3 scenarios and questions, and had 10 minutes to prepare for each. They wrote down my answers, and I was asked to speak slowly so they could keep up.
