I went to the store and gave my resume to a team lead. He interviewed me first with some general questions. A week later, I had a second interview with the sales manager, who asked about my past experiences.

It was a pretty simple process, about 2 or 3 rounds total. You just apply online, then they give you a call, then you go in person to meet the manager, and finally HR has a look. They want to hear about your past experiences, and having retail sales experience is a big plus. To do well in this role, you gotta be good with people, a good listener, and patient.

It was a super easy and nice process. First, I applied online. About a week later, I got an email to set up an interview with the Store Manager. After that, I met with the Assistant Store Manager. The whole interview experience was great, and they really make it obvious that they want people who are unique and good at customer service.
